In your Admin iPanel, you Can create Ftp user and webmail user and Subdomain user But can not create existing account in your panel in Internet, you should create several subdomains , FTp , Email for which are used by your users most often (e.g. domains hosted by your corporate Ipanel server). User accounts outside of these subdomains are treated as 'Users not in domain' (but they belong to appropriate domains though), and users need to specify all related settings for creating such
