Before starting between Outlook and Shamswin WebMail, you should configure Outlook and specify credentials of necessary WebMailuser account.
To do this, select Tools > Options... menu item in your Outlook. In "Options" window, will seen Your mail sever name
Write your name
Write your Email Name
Write incoming mail (POP3) and outgoing(SMTP) Server name
set account name(Your Email) and Password of shamsweb mail account
Finished and Must set :
Here, you should specify URL of your WebMail installation in "URL" field (if the URL doesn't contain protocol definition, HTTP will be used). In "E-mail" and "Password" fields, you should specify e-mail address and password of your WebMail account.
Pressing "Add " button allows you to check if the settings are correct MAIL. If everything is correct, you'll see the following confirmation:
After that, press "OK" button in "Options" window to save the settings.
After that, Press Server button in "Options" window to save the settings and close the window.
After successful setting Outolok may you'll see error description.
NOTE: Sometimes, Outlook may display sync results not right away after setting. To resolve this issue, try to change the current folder via "Go" menu item and then return back to that folder.
